SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing:

I understand how important it is for you to get your new items quickly with the maximum savings in shipping. 

My products are not pre-packaged, which means they are prepared specifically for you. I make every effort to get your order out of the door as soon as possible, but I also want to make sure it is prepared with the utmost care. 

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of them being placed, to a maximum of 3 business days. If you place an order during the weekend or a holiday, it may not be prepared until the next 1-2 business day(s). I am a one-person army, custom or large orders may take longer. 

 

Shipping:

Shipping is offered in the United States and Internationally. All of my products are shipped from my home shop at Houston, Texas (United States). Shipping costs and times may vary based on the package weight, destination and carrier.

Average shipping processing times for most carriers:

2-8 days for domestic shipping

2 to 3 weeks for international shipping

Please keep in mind these are average dates and that I cannot guarantee delivery within those times.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States):

I use USPS and UPS for shipping my products within the United States. Please refer to these carriers for updated information about shipping processing times, restrictions, etc.

International Shipping: 

I want everyone to be able to enjoy my products, so I do my best for them to reach as many destinations as possible. Sometimes that is not possible due to local, customs restrictions, or political situations that may not guarantee the integrity of the product or its safe arrival. Please make sure you provide with a secure address, phone number and a legal name for delivery of your items. 

Also keep in mind that international shipping costs will depend on the destination and time of processing. 

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Certain items or materials such as wood are restricted or prohibited by customs in certain countries. Please check with your custom authorities before making a purchase.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

If you have misspelled or entered a wrong address please send me an email to thezengeologist@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Because I try my best to ship orders quickly, I may not be able to solve any address issues after that. I may also contact you if I find problems with entering your address with USPS. 

For delivery to P.O boxes, please make sure your facility offers accommodation for medium sized to large packages.

Tracking Your Order

 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
