RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I gladly accept returns and cancellations on physical items only. Clearance items are not eligible for refund.
Due to their personalized nature, Reiki services are not eligible for refunds.
My refund policy lasts 15 days after delivery of your product.
Return Eligible Items:
- Regularly priced items.
- Items that arrived damaged, are defective, or have missing parts.
- Items that are not what you ordered.
Return-eligible items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days upon delivery to request a return. Please do not send back an item without contacting me and receiving a return label from me first.
If accepted, I will send you a return label. Buyers are responsible for proper packaging of the item to ensure it arrives in good condition. Please ship the items back to me within 14 days of receiving the return label.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Reiki Services are not refundable.
Clearance items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Discrepancies, damages, or other issues with your order:
I am always happy to help. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me at email@example.com so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For any other questions you can always contact me as well.
Exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis (for example: product arrived damaged or wrong item was shipped). Once the return is accepted (see Returns Policy), I'll send you a replacement.
Refunds will be issued after I have received and inspected your return. If the returned items are not received in their original condition you may receive partial to no refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment form within 24hrs from returns being received and inspected. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please check with your bank or credit card issuer if your refund is late.
If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved or your refund was issued, and you haven’t received any payment, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
