Spoiler alert: Your life is your home.
You may find yourself feeling adrift, as if no matter where you go, you just don’t feel “at home.” It’s a common struggle—to feel like you don’t belong anywhere.

- Create spaciousness: Allow room for new, supportive experiences while keeping it simple.
- Redecorate as you feel: Embrace self-love and self-expression.
- Remodel as needed: Transform your life to fit your evolving self.
Apply this to every facet of your existence: Physical, Material, Mental, Emotional, Energetic, and Spiritual.
In your “Home”:
- BRING LIGHT into the dark corners and shadowy spaces.
- CHANGE THE “FURNITURE” — adjust your tasks, routines, and activities to support your well-being and comfort.
- CLEANSE AND SANITIZE: Remove negativity and unwanted attachments. Remember, you attract what resonates with your energy.
- BEAUTIFY your life through self-care. Surround yourself with what warms your heart and enhances your gifts.
- MAKE IT WELCOMING: Fill your home with loving and supportive relationships.
- PROTECT IT by setting healthy boundaries, keeping out anything that disrupts your harmony and growth.
- MAINTAIN IT with routines and rituals that promote balance and well-being.
By nurturing your inner home, you create a sanctuary that travels with you, no matter where life takes you. Remember, your life is your canvas—paint it with love, joy, and warmth.
