To hold space and expand it: a space of positivity, of love, of light.
(They show me hundreds of people gathering, getting closer together to form a giant light bulb)
Shine your light bright. To blind (the ones with an agenda), and to illuminate (awaken others).
(They show me the same crowd, luminous. It is surrounded by random people, some dark, others among them with a bright, individual light. The original crowd grows as it connects all the light dots, as the dark ones push against in resistance and domination, trying to squash the others. But the light spreads just as fast as new individual lights emerge from within the darker crowds).
That’s how you protest,
You don’t need to move, push, or go anywhere.
You just need TO BE.
Be in a state of awareness without reaction,
Like that candle you have in front of you, in your altar. Holding space, holding light for everyone who can see it and wants to be with it.
Only that unlike the candle, yours is an eternal flame.
Welcome more of that Light into your lives.

To help you maintain a high level of consciousness.
For in gratitude there is love,
Gratitude is confirmation of all the love that you receive. It is also a reminder of your own worth.
So look everywhere for the beauty that still exists, notice how abundant it actually is. And bask in it. For there is plenty of it around you, for you and everyone else.
